physical strength skills

1. Every time I want you to envision before training about the program. Imagine that you will do each group every time. In the process you envision, highly concentrated in your muscles to train. Desired weight you want to use, and even weight-bearing film on the expected loading process.

2. clear your purpose. Each exercise set the weight you lift. Expected weight of your success finished with this exercise. Concentrate. This can produce mental energy and spiritual strength.

3. clear your body goals. How much you want to develop muscle? How you want your arm rough? You want your back and shoulders how wide? You how thick your chest? These in your mind branded.

4. the whole training to maintain the state of mental focus. Each group during and between each group should continue to generate these images in my mind. Again, concentrate.

5. Finally, each training session, I want you to write after the sense of practice. Can you point to practice hard? Do you have doubts? Do you have distractions? Have you received from each exercise as many things? How can we do better?
